The ideal candidate will assist the Owner/Spa Manager in overseeing staff, maintaining service standards, managing scheduling, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Owner/Spa Manager in supervising daily operations of the spa, including front desk operations.
Provide training, support, and guidance to spa staff as needed.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of service and cleanliness across all spa areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and products.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and promote spa services.
- Help maintain accurate financial and operational records including sales reports and appointment bookings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Step in to manage the spa in the absence of the Owner/Spa Manager.
At least 1-year face-to-face sales or retail management experience. Spa industry a plus.
- Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and services is a plus.
- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Proficient in using booking software or POS systems (Mindbody) a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in hospitality or wellness management are a plus.
