Lead Massage Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Team management: recruit, interview, hire and train new candidates, with assistance of Spa Director or owner
  • Manage team of 10-18 specialists: help to manage the team schedules, requests off, and maximizing weekly schedules
  • Maintain, train and evaluate massage team on our specialist points of service to ensure high guest and member satisfaction
  • Leadership: Motivate and train team to educate guests about treatments and products, providing an exceptional guest experience, and provide incentives to drive annual goals
  • Cleanliness: have ownership of treatment rooms and storage areas to be clean, tidy and stocked.  Ensure state regulations are followed and up to date
  • Community relations: Maintain relationships with local schools. Attend job fairs, recruiting opportunities and building internship programs

Lead Esthetician Responsibilities:

  • Staffing: responsible for a team of 4-8 estheticians; manage the staff schedules and requests off, look ahead and keep an eye on maximizing their weekly schedules
  • Sales; be able to drive goals and sales quotas with retail sales and membership sales
  • Reporting: provide weekly sales numbers to management, tips and payroll reports bi-weekly and EOM numbers to management and team. Set and adjust monthly goals to reach an annual goal.
  • Leadership: Motivate team to educate guests about products, empower Guest Advisors to support the skin department and keep contests, incentives and rewards fun and attainable!
  • Cleanliness: have ownership of retail shelves, rooms and storage areas to be clean, tidy and stocked

Assistant Spa Manager Responsibilities include but not limited to:
