Spavia Boulder is seeking a part-time Guest Advisor to join our team!  We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located at the 29th Street Outdoor Mall in Boulder, CO.

Starting pay is $16.00/hour with a review after 30 days.

Spa Coordinator Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
• Provide education to guests regarding our  Spavia story, our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
• Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
• Attention to detail in all aspects of spa coordinators responsibilities

Spa Coordinator Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Self motivated
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Professional, team player
• Drug/alcohol free
• Articulate speaker with an ability to multitask
• Combined education and previous customer service / administrative and retail experience is strongly desired

Job Type: Part-Time positions available.  Flexibility is a plus, but required to work a weekend shift.

Spavia Boulder is seeking full-time (30+ hours/week) and part-time massage therapists at all levels of experience, to join our team!  We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Boulder, CO at the 29th Street Outdoor Mall.

Starting pay $30 for Essential services, $35 for Premier services, $40 for Ultimate services (NOT including gratuity), and escalating pay for our specialty services.  Must be able to perform:  Swedish, Deep Tissue, Couples, Salt Stone, Maternity, Sports, CBD, Hypervolt, Body Wraps and Scrubs, and hand/foot/scalp enhancements.

Expect to earn $50 to $80 per service, including gratuity!!

•      Accrued Paid Time Off.  Accrue up to 40 hours 1st year, up to 80 hours year 2 – 4, and up to 120 hours after 5 years

Job Type: Full-time (30+ hours/week) and Part-time position available.  Flexibility is a plus, but required to work one weekend shift either Saturday or Sunday.  We are open Monday through Saturday 9am to 8pm and Sunday 9am to 7.
