Spavia Old Alabama Square is looking for passionate part-time Massage Therapists to join our exceptional team. We offer top-tier compensation and a supportive work environment designed to help you thrive!
Compensation:
- $38 per treatment (excluding tip) for a 60-minute Deep Tissue, Sports, or Hot Salt Stones massage. Must be available to work one weekend day.
- $33 per treatment (excluding tip) for a 60-minute Swedish massage.

Massage Therapist Responsibilities at Spavia:
- Provide Exceptional Massage Services: Perform a variety of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, salt stone, maternity, and other specialty treatments based on guest needs.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Offer additional treatments and enhancements such as CBD, Hypervolt, and other add-ons to improve the guest experience.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure a clean and organized massage room, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and membership sign-ups.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with other spa professionals to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.
- Stay Current with Techniques: Continue learning and practicing new massage techniques through ongoing training and education.
- Maintain Professionalism: Represent Spavia’s values of respect, integrity, and high-quality service while maintaining a professional, drug-free lifestyle.
- Adhere to Schedule: Arrive on time, complete treatments within the scheduled timeframe, and maintain consistency in services provided.
- Promote Spa Services and Retail Products: Educate clients about spa treatments, products, and membership options, and assist with retail sales when needed.
