✔ Hourly base pay of $18 plus membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses. Actual pay varies by location, schedule, and results; transparent pay ranges are provided during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and warmly assist guests, creating a welcoming and elevated spa experience from arrival to departure
  • Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out while ensuring accuracy of all transactions
  • Build strong guest relationships through meaningful conversations and personalized service recommendations
  • Proactively reschedule guests for future appointments to encourage retention and consistent spa visits
  • Educate guests on treatments, memberships, and retail products while confidently recommending solutions that meet their needs
  • Drive membership sales through exceptional guest interactions and strong communication skills
  • Meet or exceed sales goals related to memberships, retail products, and rebooking appointments

What You’ll Do

  • Provide customized therapeutic and relaxation massages tailored to each guest’s needs

Paid Time Off & Minnesota ESST

Minnesota ESST
Employees working at least 80 hours annually in Minnesota are automatically enrolled in Minnesota’s Earned Sick and Safe Time program. Accrual begins upon hire at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year. ESST may be used for illness, family care, domestic abuse, or emergency closure. Unused ESST is not paid out at termination but may be reinstated if rehired within 180 days.

Spavia Enhanced PTO Plan
Full-time employees may be eligible for Spavia’s Enhanced PTO Plan, effective May 2025. Eligible team members accrue 1.5 hours of PTO for every 30 hours worked. PTO may be used for vacation, personal time, mental health, or unscheduled absences.
