About the Role
As a Lead Esthetician, you will play a key leadership role in growing our esthetics business, mentoring team members, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position is ideal for an Advanced Practice Esthetician who enjoys teaching, leading, and elevating a spa team.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced esthetic services and treatments
- Lead, mentor, and support esthetics team members
- Train staff on advanced modalities and protocols
- Help grow and elevate esthetics services
- Drive product sales and client education
- Assist with inventory management
- Partner with leadership to enhance guest experience

Compensation
- Competitive pay per treatment (Starting at $25-$35 per Treatment)
- Lead Work paid at an hourly rate starting at $20 per hour

Qualifications
- Current MN Esthetician License/Spa Manager License
- Advanced Practice preferred
- Experience in advanced modalities
- Leadership or training experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Passion for client care and team development
- Sales and product knowledge

Lead Esthetician Responsibilities:
- Staffing: responsible for a team of 6-8 estheticians; manage the staff schedules and requests off, look ahead and keep an eye on maximizing their weekly schedules
- Sales; be able to drive goals and sales quotas with retail sales and membership sales
- Reporting: provide weekly sales numbers to management, tips and payroll reports bi-weekly and EOM numbers to management and team. Set and adjust monthly goals to reach an annual goal.
- Leadership: Motivate team to educate guests about products, empower Guest Advisors to support the skin department and keep contests, incentives and rewards fun and attainable!
- Cleanliness: have ownership of retail shelves, rooms and storage areas to be clean, tidy and stocked
- Hiring: Assist in the hiring of new estheticians and lash specialist, assist in their on-boarding, orientation and training

Requirements for Lead Esthetician:
- Actively State Licensed Esthetician
- Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
- Professional, and drug/alcohol free
- A passion for working with people

- A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry
