Spavia Minnetonka is seeking full-time and part-time massage therapists at all experience levels to join our team! We are an independently-owned luxury day spa in Minnetonka, MN.

Massage Therapists earn competitive wages per treatment, with increased pay for advanced modalities and gratuity. They are also eligible for bonuses and sale commissions.
Spavia offers various spa treatments for our massage therapists to provide relaxation and treatments. Our award-winning massages include our signature, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, and maternity massages. We also offer massage enhancements at select locations, including Cause Medic and Hypervolt, to increase the guest experience and results. In-house training is provided for your benefit. Your guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare offerings, body scrubs, and wraps!

• Arriving early for your shift
• Talk with guests about their symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Evaluate guests before and during the massage to locate painful or tense body areas.
• Manipulate muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissues of the body
• Increase range of motion through joint mobilization techniques
• Suggest future massage appointments and regime to guests
• Listen to guests during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
• Guide stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and improving their posture
• Document guests’ conditions and progress
• Clean your treatment room and sanitize equipment

Massage Therapist Requirements:

• Actively State Licensed Massage Therapists

Guest Advisor Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Checking guests in and out and ensuring accuracy of all transactions
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space and reception area
• Membership, spa boutique and product sales
• Provide education to guests regarding our Spavia story, our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
• Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
• Attention to detail in all aspects of guest advisor responsibilities

Guest Advisor Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Self-motivated
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Professional, team player
• Drug/alcohol-free
• Articulate speaker with an ability to multitask
• Combined education and previous customer service / administrative and retail experience is strongly desired

 Job Type: Part or Full-Time positions available. Flexibility is a plus.
