Spavia MacGregor Village is seeking full-time and part-time massage therapists to join our team!  We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Cary, NC.

Massage Therapist’s earnings can start from $33 to $65 per massage before gratuity, or equivalent to $42,000-$52,000/ year (based on 30-hour workweek ) before gratuities. Compensation based on experience and bonus provided for evening hours.
Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments for our massage therapists to offer both relaxation and therapeutic treatments.Our award-winning massages include our signature, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, and maternity massages.  In addition, we offer massage enhancements including Hypervolt percussion therapy to increase the guest experience and results. In-house training provided for your benefit.  Your guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare offerings, body scrubs, body wraps, and much more!

Spa Coordinator Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
• Provide education to guests regarding our  Spavia story, our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
• Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
• Attention to detail in all aspects of spa coordinators responsibilities

Spa Coordinator Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Self motivated
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Professional, team player
• Drug/alcohol free
• Articulate speaker with an ability to multitask
• Combined education and previous customer service / administrative and retail experience is strongly desired

Job Type: part -time weekend positions available, $12 – $14 / hours after training and probationary period.  This is a weekend position, flexibility is a plus.  Must be able to work 10:00pm – 7:00pm on Saturday and 12:00pm – 6:00pm on Sundays.
