Spavia Bradburn (120th and Sheridan) is seeking full-time (30+ hours/week) Esthetician with a minimum of one year hand-on experience, to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Westminster, CO.

Need to be certified in Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peels.

Starting wage between $18 to $20 based on experience for our Essential services and escalating pay for Premier, Ultimate, and specialty services.  

Expect to earn $38 to $55 per service.

•      Health, Dental, Vision insurance with 50% of premium paid by Spavia
•      Accrued Paid Time Off.  Accrue up to 40 hours 1st year, up to 80 hours year 2 to 4, and up to 120 hours after 5 years
• 48 hours of Sick Time per year
• 401k program available after 1,000 hours of work 
• Quarterly bonus based on the number of appointments (earn up to $500 per quarter)
• Monthly bonus on the number of guest requests
• Bi-weekly sales commission on retail sales 

  Requirements for Esthetician:

• Actively State Licensed Esthetician
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Professional, and drug/alcohol-free

Job Type:  Full-Time (30+ hours/week) position available.  Flexibility is a plus, but required to work one weekend shift on Sunday.  We are open Monday through Saturday 9am to 8pm and Sunday 9am to 7.
