Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

  • Signature Classic Facial | 50 min | $52-$56 (incl. gratuity)

  • Advanced Facials / Exfoliation | 40-60 min | $60-$65 (incl. gratuity)

  • Upgraded Treatments | 70 min | $70-75 (incl. gratuity)

✔ Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
✔ Average specialist gratuity: ~$28 included
✔ Experienced estheticians at 20 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $40K–$45K+ annually
✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

 Schedule & Benefits

  • Part-time with room for growth

  • Weekend/evening availability preferred

  • 10-minute turnover between services

  • Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute facials

  • Benefits include:

    • Paid in-house training

    • Full Time may be eligible for health insurance, PTO, 401(k) as it's introduced later in the year
