As the face of our spa, you'll be responsible for creating genuine connections with guests and helping them discover services, memberships, and products that fit their needs.

A Fast-Paced Role That Requires Exceptional Multitasking

This is not a position where you'll simply stand at the front desk checking guests in and out. Our Spa Sales Guest Advisors constantly balance multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, polished, and welcoming guest experience.
Success in this role requires the ability to confidently juggle:
  • Greeting and assisting arriving guests
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Scheduling and modifying appointments
  • Selling memberships, upgrades, and retail products
  • Communicating with service providers and team members
  • Managing guest requests and resolving concerns
  • Folding laundry, stocking supplies, and completing light cleaning duties
  • Maintaining the appearance of the reception and retail areas

What You'll Do

Guest Experience & Sales

  • Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
  • Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits
  • Educate guests on treatments, memberships, promotions, and retail products
  • Consistently recommend upgrades and enhancements
  • Close membership sales and support membership retention
  • Increase average ticket value through thoughtful recommendations
  • Stay knowledgeable about all spa services, products, and promotions
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Check guests in and out while ensuring accurate transactions

Spa Operations

  • Maintain a beautiful and welcoming reception area, retail space, and spa environment
  • Assist with light cleaning duties throughout the day
  • Help with laundry, towel folding, and stocking as needed
  • Support the team by completing operational tasks between guest interactions
  • Work collaboratively to ensure smooth daily spa operations

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Requirements

  • Part-time position (3–4 days per week)
  • Must be flexible to work daytime and/or evening closing shifts
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Typical shifts are 6–8 hours
