Spavia Estero is hiring part-time and full-time Guest Advisors!
✔Hourly base $15.50 up to $17.00 + membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses. Actual pay varies by location, schedule, and results; transparent ranges provided at interview.

Daily Responsibilities
Opening Duties
- Log into Guest Advisor desktop profile.
- Open Mindbody.
- Prepare front desk.
- Verify appointments.
- Check voicemail.
- Prepare beverages.
- Ensure lobby cleanliness.
- Review daily goals.
Throughout the Day
- Answer phones promptly.
- Schedule appointments.
- Check guests in and out.
- Promote memberships.
- Recommend retail.
- Confirm upcoming appointments.
- Complete guest notes.
- Maintain cleanliness.
- Assist spa team as needed.
Closing Duties
- Complete checkout procedures.
- Secure cash drawer.
- Prepare front desk for next day.
- Clean lobby.
- Complete closing checklist.
- Log out of systems.

Schedule Requirements
This position requires flexibility.
Mandatory Availability:
- Evenings (3:00 PM–8:00 PM)
- Saturdays (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
- Sundays (11:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Holiday availability may also be required.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Hospitality experience
- Spa, salon, or wellness industry experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
