We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and sales-driven Spa Coordinator / Guest Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences while confidently recommending memberships, rescheduling future visits, and promoting retail products and services.
The ideal candidate is personable, goal-oriented, highly organized, and motivated to connect with guests and drive sales performance. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential.
Spavia Minnetonka is hiring part-time Guest Advisors!
✔ Hourly base pay of $18 plus membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses. Actual pay varies by location, schedule, and results; transparent pay ranges are provided during the interview process.

• Greet and warmly assist guests, creating a welcoming and elevated spa experience from arrival to departure
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Check guests in and out while ensuring accuracy of all transactions
• Build strong guest relationships through meaningful conversations and personalized service recommendations
• Proactively reschedule guests for future appointments to encourage retention and consistent spa visits
• Educate guests on treatments, memberships, and retail products while confidently recommending solutions that meet their needs
• Drive membership sales through exceptional guest interactions and strong communication skills
• Meet or exceed sales goals related to memberships, retail products, and rebooking appointments
• Maintain a clean, beautiful, and organized spa, retail space, and reception area
• Provide accurate and timely responses to guest inquiries while ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Collaborate with team members to proactively support daily spa operations and business goals
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of spa coordinator responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience strongly preferred
• Sales experience or comfort with membership and retail sales strongly preferred
• Self-motivated, reliable, punctual, and goal-driven
• Professional and team-oriented mindset
• Drug- and alcohol-free workplace compliance
• Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a guest-focused, fast-paced environment
