Spavia Minnetonka is looking for a Guest Advisor to join our team. We're an independently owned and operated luxury day spa in Minnetonka, MN — and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, isn't afraid to start a conversation, and gets excited about helping guests discover services, memberships, and wellness routines that fit their lives.

As the face of our spa, you set the tone the moment a guest walks through the door. We want someone polished and warm who treats every guest like they're welcome in our home. This isn't just a front desk position—it's a relationship-building role where creating memorable guest experiences and confidently recommending memberships and services are essential to your success.

• Show up as a dependable, positive, goal-oriented team member every shift

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred
• Naturally outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving membership and sales goals
• Self-motivated, coachable, goal-driven, and dependable
• Strong multitasker with excellent attention to detail
• Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
• Drug- and alcohol-free workplace
• Weekend and evening availability required — Saturday shifts are mandatory
• Part-time and full-time positions available
