Spavia Longmont is seeking a  full time Guest Services team member with a desire to pursue a career in spa management to join our team.  We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Longmont, CO.


Spavia guests enjoy luxurious spa amenities along with a full variety of award-winning treatments. We provide a full variety of massage, skin care, spray tanning, full body waxing, mineral makeup, body wraps/scrubs, and now offering eyelash extensions!   • Customer Service: responsible for guest communications/interactions and for managing guest transactions through the point-of-sale system.  Including but not limited to:

    • Greeting and assisting guests

    • Scheduling appointments and answering phones

    • Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions

    • Membership, spa boutique, and product sales

    • Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience

  • Community relations: Maintain relationships with local companies, manage donations, assist in VIP parties, and fun in-house events.

  • Cleanliness: Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area. Responsible for ensuring retail shelves, treatment rooms, and storage areas are always clean, tidy, and stocked.

  • Support the entire spa team to provide a 5-star exceptional experience

 
  • Minimum high school diploma.

  • Self motivated

  • Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven

  • Professional, team player

  • Drug/alcohol free

  • Articulate speaker with an ability to multitask

  • Combined education and previous customer service / administrative and retail experience is strongly desired

  • Must be available to work 5 shifts/week with flexibility to work weekends, evenings and day shifts.

  • Spa and/or management experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time position.  

$15-$17/hour - based on experience
