Massage Therapist’s can earn $50+ an hour including gratuity, or equivalent to $50,000-$70,000/ year (based on 30-hour work week). Compensation based on experience.
Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments for our massage therapists to offer both relaxation and therapeutic treatments.Our award-winning massages include our signature, deep tissue, salt stone, sports, and maternity massages. In addition, we offer massage enhancements including CBD and Hypervolt percussion therapy to increase the guest experience and results. In-house training provided for your benefit. Your guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare offerings, body scrubs, body wraps, and much more!

Massage Therapist Requirements:
- Actively State Licensed Massage Therapists
- Meet requirements for city licensure

Lead Massage Therapists Responsibilities in addition to offering treatments
- Team Management: Manage the team schedule for requests and maximizing weekly schedules.
- Training: Provide ongoing training, monitor performance, and guest reviews.Coach and mentor team members in providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Sales and Reporting: Drive goals and sales quotas within retail and membership sales.
- Leadership: Motivate and drive the team to provide a 5-star exceptional experience through treatments and product offerings.
- Cleanliness: Responsible to ensure retail shelves, treatment rooms, and storage areas are always clean, tidy, and stocked.
- Hiring and Training: Assist in the hiring of new massage therapists, on-boarding, orientation, and modality training. Ensuring Spavia Brand Standards are adhered to.
- Inventory: Responsible for monitoring massage product inventory, and supplies.
- Community relations: Maintain relationships with local schools. Attend job fairs, recruiting opportunities, and building internship programs.
