Pay: Hourly base $23–$25 + membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses. Actual commission pay varies, schedule, and results.

Your Impact

- Convert great experiences into memberships: present options, handle objections, and close ethically.
- Drive retail results: demo products, build simple at-home routines/bundles, and keep the retail floor merchandised.
- Scheduling: pre-schedule next visits, manage waitlists, and optimize provider utilization with accurate scheduling and POS.
- Proactive outreach: follow up on leads, trials, freezes/lapses, and manage post-visit thank-you via phone/text/email.
- Own the front-of-house flow: lobby/locker room readiness, tidy retail zones, cash handling, and open/close procedures.
- Partner with service providers and leadership to hit team KPIs (membership conversion, retail per guest, pre-book rate, and guest satisfaction).

Lead Responsibilities
- Team Management: Build weekly schedules, manage swaps/requests, ensure peak-time coverage, and maximize utilization.
- Training & Coaching: Onboard new GAs; role-play scripts; monitor performance and guest reviews; coach for consistent 5-star experiences.
- Sales, KPIs & Reporting: Lead daily huddles and a visible scoreboard; drive membership, retail, and gift card goals; track and report weekly KPIs.
- Leadership & Guest Experience: Motivate the team; uphold Spavia service standards; resolve issues promptly to protect NPS/reviews.
- Cleanliness & Presentation: Keep lobby, retail, and back-of-house spaces clean, sanitized, stocked, and guest-ready; execute floor sets.
- Hiring & Onboarding Support: Perform interviews and orientation; uphold brand standards and guest-journey scripts.
- Inventory & Controls: Monitor retail/back-stock levels; coordinate ordering/receiving; manage par levels and shrink control.
- Community & Customer Relations (as assigned): Support local partnerships/donations, VIP events; oversee guest communications and POS accuracy.
What Success Looks Like:
- Membership conversion: ~12–18% of eligible guests join or upgrade.
Retail commission: 35% of tickets with retail - Pre-scheduling: 35% of guests pre-schedule before leaving.

Essential/Physical Functions
- Standing for extended periods; frequent walking, bending, reaching.
- Repetitive keyboard/phone use; accurate POS/cash handling.
- Lift/carry up to 25 lbs; occasional laundry/stocking.
Experience
- 1-2 years spa experience in sales and customer service capacity
- Proven track record for leading a team to hit sales and customer service goals.
