Spavia San Ramon is hiring a full-time Lead Spa Coordinator.Hourly base up to $26. Actual pay varies by location and schedule; transparent ranges provided at the interview.

What You'll Do
Greeting and assisting guests
Scheduling appointments and answering phones
Provide education and sales recommendations to guests as it relates to treatments, membership, and retail products.
Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth

- Excellent salesmanship!
- Drive sales goals and sales quotas within retail, gift cards and membership sales.
- Motivate and drive team members to provide a 5-star exceptional experience through treatments and product offerings.
- Ensure spa boutique, guest changing and retreat spaces and overall spa is clean, tidy, and well stocked -- and presents well to our members and guests at all times!
- Monitor retail product inventory, and back-of-the-house supplies.
- Participate in community events, in-house & VIP events and help to manage donations. Help to drive local social media content.
- Manage and record guest communications for customer services, and monitor point of sale system for guest transactions.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Self-motivated

- Drug/alcohol-free
- Articulate speaker with an ability to multitask
- Combined education and previous customer service / administrative and retail experience is strongly desired
