Spavia West Boca is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.Average pay per 60-min massage: $52–$62 (includes gratuity)
Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments
Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
W-2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage
Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

| Advance Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone | 60 min | $57 - $61 |
| Extended Modalities | 80 - 100 min | $62 - $71 |
- ✔Average therapists gratuity: ~$25 included
- ✔You’ll have time between guests and the tools to make an impact
- ✔Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
- ✔Choose a consistent part-time schedule that fits your life
● Full-time or part-time
● Weekend/evening availability preferred
● 10-minute turnover between services
● Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
