Compensation Snapshot: Massage Therapist earnings can start $53–$64 per 60-min treatment including gratuities; plus retail commission and bonuses. Therapists could make $68,000–$75,000/yr at ~30 hrs/week, plus retail commission & performance bonuses. Actual pay varies by experience, modality mix, and schedule; transparent ranges provided at interview.

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time; weekend/evening; 10-minute turnover between guests.

  • Active state Massage Therapist license
  • Reliability, punctuality, professional communication, and a guest-first mindset.
