Compensation Snapshot: $35–$40 per treatment + gratuities + commissions + performance bonuses.
Schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays required; flexible scheduling available.

As a Massage Therapist, you’ll provide exceptional, personalized treatments while helping guests find their flow between relaxation and recovery.
Your Impact
Perform customized therapeutic and relaxation massages with exceptional detail
Build lasting guest relationships through our busy membership model.
Complete thorough consultations; recommend home care and enhancements through our recommendation forms after each treatment
Educate on importance of routine visits (monthly membership) and recommend their next treatment
Collaborate with a team that values kindness, professionalism, and growth.
Maintain sanitation and room reset standards; complete accurate SOAP notes post treatment

What You’ll Need
Active state Massage Therapist license
Reliability, punctuality, professional communication, and a guest-first mindset.
Weekend/evening availability with flexibility
A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry
