✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~$22 included
✔ Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales, & bonuses

 Schedule & Benefits

  • Full-time or part-time

  • Weekend/evening availability preferred

  • 10-minute turnover between treatments

  • Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
    Benefits may include:

    • Paid in-house training, CE hours

What You'll Do

  • Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more

  • Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and CBD) & memberships to support guest wellness goals

  • Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready

  • Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes

  • Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth

What You Bring

  • Active Massage Therapy license in Colorado
