Spavia Topeka is seeking full-time and part-time massage therapists at all levels of experience, to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Topeka, KS.
✔Avg pay per 60-min massage: $48–$52 (includes gratuity)
✔Advanced services: Up to $70 (includes gratuity) for 80–100 min treatments
✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
✔W-2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage
Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

| Signature/Relaxation Massage | 60 min | $48–$52 |
| Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone | 60 min | $53–$57 |
| Extended Modalities | 80–100 min | $58–$70 |
✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
✔ Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
Schedule & Benefits
Full-time or part-time
Weekend/evening availability preferred
10-minute turnover between services
Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute massages
Benefits may include:
