Spa Coordinator Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy
• Provide education about Spavia services, membership options, and retail products to enhance the guest experience
• Support spa operations, including light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth flow throughout the day
• Contribute to retail and membership sales by confidently recommending services and products
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and occasional on-call needs
