As a Wellness Sales Coordinator, you’ll create exceptional guest experiences, manage appointments, and share our innovative wellness offerings. You’ll be the heartbeat of our space—ensuring each guest feels welcomed, inspired, and connected.

- Manage appointments and inquiries through scheduling software; ensure accuracy and timeliness of all bookings.
- Educate guests on services, memberships, Remedy Room experiences, and retail products.
- Maintain the look and feel of Sway—keeping the spa and shop areas “Insta-worthy” and on-brand.
- Support membership and product sales through confident, guest-first recommendations. This will entail support in-spa, in Larimer Square, and at events
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest care and meet shared KPIs.
- Capture in-spa content that showcases Sway’s vibe and social energy (where permitted).
- Provide education to guests regarding our the Sway and Spavia story
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Self motivated
- Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
- Professional, team player
- Drug/alcohol free
- Articulate speaker with an ability to multitask
- Combined education and previous customer service / administrative and retail experience is strongly desired
- Prior spa coordinator experience is a big plus
- Sales experience with membership is a big plus
