Spavia Lafayette is hiring NOW, for several new Spa positions!We are screening candidates for Guest Advisors, Estheticians, and Massage Therapists!
Spavia Lafayette is a locally owned and independently operated luxury day spa in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Guest Advisors are the face and voice of the spa. Guest Advisors must radiate a polished and professional personality at all times, to both guests and team members. Key qualities include: a positive atittude, a friendly demeanour, cordial and courteous both in-person on over the phone. It is expected that each Guest Advisor goes above and beyond to ensure each guest feels as if they’re a guest in our home. We pride ourselves in hiring quality professionals who advocate the true meaning of an exceptional guest experience and desire to build long-lasting relationships with guests who will return again and again.
Spavia guests enjoy luxurious spa amenities along with a full variety of award-winning treatments. We provide a full range of massage, skin care, lash & brow, mineral makeup, and full body waxing, plus body wraps/scrubs. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest, every visit. - Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
- Scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
- Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
- Provide education to guests regarding our Spavia story, our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
- Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and needs
- Must be a strong team player and proactively support the spa’s and guest's needs (see-a-need, fill-a-need mentality)
- Service and hospitality focussed
- Minimum high school diploma
- Self motivated and high-energy
- Reliable, self-disciplined, punctual, passionate for service, and goal-driven
- Polished, professional and have a positive attitude
- Strong team player
- Drug/alcohol free
- Reliable transportation to and from the spa
- Well-spoken, good phone etiquite skills, and an ability to multitask
- Combined education and previous customer service / administrative, hospitality, and retail experience is strongly desired
