Esthetician earnings can start from $28 to $47 per treatment, including gratuity, or equivalent to $57,000-$75,000/year (based on 30-hour workweek). Compensation based on experience.

We provide a full variety of skin care including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, full body waxing, mineral makeup, spray tanning and now offering eyelash extensions! Lead Esthetician Responsibilities in addition to offering treatments

• Team Management: Manage the team schedule for requests and maximizing weekly

• Sales and Reporting: Drive goals and sales quotas within retail and membership sales.

• Cleanliness: Responsible to ensure retail shelves, treatment rooms, and storage areas are
• always clean, tidy, and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones

• Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
• Provide education and sales recommendations to guests as it relates to treatments, membership, and retail products.

Lead Massage Therapist Additional Responsibilities: These action items are not inclusive of the role but highlight some of the important aspects

• Team management: Recruit, interview, hire and train new candidates, with assistance of Owner. Manage team of 10-18 specialists: manage the team schedules, requests off, and maximizing weekly schedules.
• Sales: Drive team to reach sales quotas within retail and membership
• Reporting: Provide weekly sales to management, payroll reports bi-weekly and EOM numbers. Set and adjust monthly goals to reach annual business goals.
• Leadership: Motivate and train team to educate guests about treatments and products, providing an exceptional guest experience, hold contests, and provide incentives to drive annual goals.
• Cleanliness: Take ownership of treatment rooms and storage areas to ensure they are clean, tidy and stocked. Ensure state regulations are followed and up-to-date.
• Community relations: Maintain relationships with local schools, participate in recruiting opportunities, and build internship programs.
