Spavia Park Meadows is seeking a part-time esthetician at all levels of experience, to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Centennial, CO.

Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments for our estheticians. We provide a full variety of skin care including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, full body waxing, mineral makeup, spray tanning and now offering eyelash extensions! Our products range from result-driven clean clinical actives to natural organic ingredients that deliver both outstanding and noticeable results. Your guests can also enjoy a full line of massage offerings, body scrubs, and body wraps. Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments for our massage therapists to offer both relaxation and therapeutic treatments. Our award-winning massages include our signature, deep tissue, salt stone, sports, and maternity massages. We also offer massage enhancements including CBD and Hypervolt to increase the guest experience and results. Your guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare offerings, body scrubs, body wraps, and much more!

 

• Providing a variety of massage modality treatments to guests including but not limited to: Signature Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Salt Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Maternity Massage, and more.
• Set up and closing of the treatment room in preparation for all guest treatments.
• Cleanliness: Responsible for ensuring the treatment room is clean, tidy, and stocked. Supplies and equipment are clean, stocked, and tidy. Laundry is washed, folded and stocked.
• Provide education and sales recommendations to guests as it relates to treatments, membership, and retail products.
• Document guest profile with treatment notes.
• Adhere to handbook policies and standards.
• Participate in reoccurring team meetings and training.

Massage Therapist Requirements:

Spa Coordinator Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
• Provide education to guests regarding our  Spavia story, our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
• Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
• Attention to detail in all aspects of spa coordinators responsibilities

Spa Coordinator Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Self motivated
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Professional, team player
• Drug/alcohol free
• Articulate speaker with an ability to multitask
• Combined education and previous customer service / administrative and retail experience is strongly desired

Job Type: Part or Full-Time positions available.  Flexibility is a plus.
