Requirements for Esthetician:

• Actively State Licensed Esthetician
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Professional, and drug/alcohol-free
• A passion for working with people
• Can-do attitude and high energy
• A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry

Job Type: Part or Full-Time positions available.  Flexibility is a plus.

✔Avg pay per 60-min massage: $48–$57 (includes gratuity)
✔Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments
✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
✔W-2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Transparent Pay Structure – based on experience

Signature/Relaxation Massage	60 min	$48 – $52
Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone	60 min	$53–$57
Extended Modalities	80–100 min	$64-80

✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
✔ Experienced therapists at 25 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $55,000K+ annually
✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail commission & bonuses

 Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time or part-time

• Weekend/evening availability preferred

• 10-minute turnover between services

• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
  Benefits may include: 

  • Paid in-house training, CE hours

What You’ll Do

• Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, sports, prenatal, and more

• Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and CBD) & memberships to support guest wellness goals

• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready

• Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes

• Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
