Spavia guests enjoy luxurious spa amenities along with a full variety of award-winning treatments. We provide a full variety of massage, skin care, spray tanning, full body waxing, mineral makeup, body wraps/scrubs, and now offering eyelash extensions! As a Spa Coordinator, you are the face of our spa. Our Spa Coordinators portray a polished and professional demeanor at all times. Spa Coordinators are friendly, courteous, and go above and beyond so each guest feels as if they’re a guest in our home. Spa Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting guests
  • Making positive connections with our guests
  • Scheduling appointments and answering phones
  • Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
  • Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
  • Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
  • Share the Spaviastory and promote our spa boutique products, retail, and our treatments offered for optimal results
  • Provide education to guests regarding our  Spavia story, our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
  • Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
  • Refill/maintain all areas of the spa to be ready for the next guest
  • Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of spa coordinators responsibilities

Spa Coordinator Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Self motivated
  • Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
  • Professional, team player
  • Drug/alcohol/tobacco free
  • Ability to work days/evenings and at least one weekend day as part of a regular work schedule.

Skills & Qualifications

Spa Manager Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Team management: recruit, interview, hire and train new candidates, with assistance of the owner.  Manage team of 10-18 specialists: manage the team schedules, requests off, and maximize schedules.
  • Sales and setting goals: set goals and drive team to reach sales quotas within retail, membership and gift cards
  • Reporting: provide weekly sales, payroll reports bi-monthly and EOM numbers.  Set and adjust monthly goals to reach annual business goals.
  • Leadership: Motivate and train team to educate guests about treatments and products, providing an exceptional guest experience, hold contests, and provide incentives to drive annual goals.
  • Cleanliness: have ownership of treatment rooms and storage areas to be clean, tidy, and stocked.  Ensure state regulations are followed and up to date.
  • Community relations: Maintain relationships with local schools. Attend job fairs, recruiting opportunities and building internship programs.
  • Customer Service ensuring guest satisfaction is the highest in the industry
  • Inventory and supply management
  • Marketing support with email campaigns, in house and social media

Spa Manager Job Requirements:

  • Managerial experience; 2 year minimum in the spa industry
